REFUND POLICY

The Sales Pro will try every possible best to offer the best of their services and sales. However, if you are not fully satisfied with any service or sale, a refund can be offered only with the following conditions:

For the online trainings

The Sales Pro will only give a refund within 30 days of purchase of any course or package. Refunds will not be given for any sales or package after 30 days of purchase.

For the in-person trainings:

  • In case The Sales Pro University cancels an event a delegate has paid for, 100% refund will be paid to such delegate.

  • If a cancellation is made by a delegate 7 days or more, prior to the event, 25% of the total paid fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.

  • In a situation whereby a delegate makes/requests a cancellation within 7 days, prior to the event, no refunds would be made to such delegate
