This Privacy Policy (or “Policy”) defines and explains the collection of information, usage and sharing practices of The Sales Pro and its corporate partners, divisions and subsidiaries as it may change from time to time (together, “The Sales Pro”, “we”, “our” and “us”) with respect to The Sales Pro’s websites, mobile applications, and other interactive and digital services that directs to this Privacy Policy (jointly, the “services”).

The Sales Pro may release and/or reveal your information between affiliates of The Sales Pro corporate group, and to or with any non-associated third parties under the following conditions:

  • Agreement: We may reveal your information to any third party based on your agreement to do so;

  • Protection of The Sales Pro and Others: By using the Services, you acknowledge, and approve that we may access, maintain, and reveal your information, including but not limited to any user content, if requested to do so by law or in a good faith that such permission or disclosure is reasonably compulsory to (a) conform with the legal procedure; (b) impose our Terms of Service, this Policy, or other dealings with you, comprising investigation of possible violations there within; (c) react to claims that any detail infringes the rights of third parties; (d) reply to your entreaties for customer service; (e) safeguard the property, rights or personal safety of The Sales Pro, its associates and agents, its users and/or the general public. This may involve exchanging information with other companies and organizations against fraud, and malware/spam prevention, and similar purposes.

  • Our Service Providers: We may grant access to or share your information with selected third parties who execute services on our behalf and for any other appropriate business purpose. These third parties provide various services to us which includes without being limited to; sales, billing, advertising, marketing, customer support, market research, data storage, fulfillment, processing and analysis, and legal services.

  • Business Transfers: If we move on to enlarge our business, we may consider to buy, partner or merge with other companies. In such business deals, (including in contemplation of such deals, e.g., due diligence) user information and details may be among the assets to be transferred. If a portion or all of The Sales Pro’s assets are transferred or sold to a third party, information about the customer (including email address) would possibly be one of the assets transferred.

 

SECURITY

We have provided administrative, physical and technical security measures to safeguard against loss, abuse and/or modification of your information. These protections vary depending on the nature of the information that we collected detailed and stored. All the information you provide us is kept safe on secure servers. Regrettably, the transmission of information through the internet medium is not completely safe and secure, and although we will ensure we do our best to secure your information, we cannot and therefore, we do not guarantee completely that the measures taken by us will prevent all unauthorized effort to retrieve, use, or reveal your information since no matter our attempts, as no internet and/or any other electronic media can be totally secure and any transmission comes with a risk to the user.

It is necessary for you to ensure that no unauthorized person is granted access to your password and to your computer. To ascertain this, we suggest that you sign out when you have finished using a shared computer and strongly advise you disable browsers’ memory function as that would grant access to your information to other people using the device. If you note at any point that your account information such as account username and/or password have been compromised by others, you must immediately contact us at Arabella@thesalespro.com and change such password promptly. We shall not be responsible if someone else accesses your account through information that they have obtained one way or the other from you.

INTERNATIONAL USERS- CONSENT TO TRANSFER AND SUBJECT ACCESS REQUESTS

The Services are managed in the United States and are therefore governed by United States law. If you are a European – Union resident or of other locations outside the United States, please beware that any information you provide through the Services will be handed over to the United States or any other designated locations beyond the European Economic Area which do not have a resemblance of protection laws to the EU for processing, managing, hosting and storage by our service providers or us.

 

THIRD PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Services may contain links and directories to third party websites, applications, and other necessary services. Please, beware that we are not by any means responsible for the privacy practices of such sites and their services. We, therefore, encourage our users to beware when leaving our Services and to ensure that they read the privacy statements every site they visit that requests for their information. INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN

Children under 13 (Thirteen) years of age are not considered for this Service, and such children are therefore prohibited from using the Services.
