With the goal of 'inspiring a thought' that could lead to an act of brilliance perhaps consider taking a moment out of your day, evening or night time to be a little more enlightened!

Take advantage of the science that helps to strengthen your emotional control while perhaps at a minimum learning a new eight letter word that will trigger conversation during some of those "awkward" people moments you may be familiar with!
