As we all evolve through our most recent journey and into the next phase of what many are calling America 2.0 there are going to be changes and transition and new ways of doing things that may create frustration and stress, and the ability to have a framework to reference for a quick confidence reality check is an option that will help you at those highest level of frustration moments. This frustration typically occurs through learning something new or changing from an existing way of doing something which when previously asked to do, you mentally state: "I've got this nailed," however that "nailed it" option has now changed, such as presenting something or meeting someone virtually instead of in-person so I wanted to offer a 4 minute self-awareness reminder of the transitional phases of development and progression you will be exposed to in order to improve your mindset and help you through.
Discover Your Strengths
Go find your best and most authentic Self." You know you have unique talents however the question I would specifically ask you is: "Is a talent a strength?" With the goal of 'inspiring a thought' that could lead to an act of brilliance perhaps consider taking a moment out of your day, evening or night time to be a little more enlightened!
Managing Your Emotions
Take advantage of the science that helps to strengthen your emotional control while perhaps at a minimum learning a new eight letter word that will trigger conversation during some of those "awkward" people moments you may be familiar with! Oh, the new word is shared within the video and starts with an "A" and ends with an "A" and the first three letters are a lady's name.
